Coffee Time is presently involved in a social and environmental program, through a partnership with Sun Coffee Roasters, called “Wake up your Campus”. This program promotes the use of Organic Fair Trade coffee.
Organic Fair Trade is a name that means much more than just "we care where it came from." Organic Fair Trade is an eco-friendly step above regular coffee products because it helps the small guys (i.e. farmers and farm workers) in developing countries and promotes global sustainability.
What's more, Sun Coffee Roasters uses packaging that is as environmentally friendly as possible.
They are also home to one of the world's most sophisticated and eco-friendly roasting, grinding and packaging technologies. It's a greener approach to coffee creation and it's the first step to a low carbon footprint. They are working to change the way the world sees coffee production and Coffee Time is here to support them.
